About the journal

The journal is published electronically four times a year. The first issue is expected to be formed in December  2022.

Articles are accepted in Russian and English, with a mandatory bilingual abstract. All articles are double-blind peer-reviewed. Materials on current topics can be published on the journal's website in the form of preprints. The editorial board is ready to consider your articles for the first issues until June 20, 2022. Editorial Policies and Publishing Ethics

The Editorial Board of the Journal in its activities is guided by generally accepted in the international scientific community standards of editorial and publishing ethics, peer review and authorship of scientific publications, which are enshrined in the Declaration of the Association of scientific editors and publishers (ASEP), and in recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

The principles of the editorial policy in relation to the materials submitted for publication are scientific character of editing, objectivity, professionalism and impartiality.

The final decision on accepting the material for publication is made by the editor-in-chief of the Journal. 

The Editorial Board is obliged to ensure that no conflict arises between the parties. An author, a co-author, a supervisor of a postgraduate student who submits a manuscript cannot be peer-reviewers of the submitted manuscript. 

There are no fees for reviewing and publishing manuscripts. There is no payment for the publication. The Journal does not accept payments for publication. Any attempt by authors or other interested parties to offer such payment could result in rejection of the submitted manuscript.

The Editorial Board is obliged to be confidential; to use no information used in the author's manuscript without their written permission; to disclose information concerning submitted manuscript to nobody, except for the author and the peer reviewers; peer reviewers are obliged to disclose no information concerning reviewing manuscripts. Peer reviewers work anonymously. 

The Editorial Board is obliged to be impartial. A submitted manuscript cannot be declined on a basis of political views, gender, race, religious beliefs or other social or demographic criteria provided that the submitted manuscript is made in compliance with scientific standards and the requirements of the Journal. 

The Editorial Board strictly adheres to the main provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation regarding copyright infringement and plagiarism. All the received submissions are checked via the native russian-language plagiarism detection software Antiplagiat. In the case of submission of material containing plagiarism or data manipulation, submission of previously published material, the manuscript is not accepted for publication. Should the fact of plagiarism or falsification of data be found after the publication of the manuscript, it will be withdrawn from the journal.
