The "Koreanology" Journal bases its rules and guidelines on the "CSE’s White Paper on Promoting Integrity in Scientific Journal Publications, 2012 Update". The journal admits only original manuscripts that were never published before. Submitted manuscripts should correspond to the thematic profile of the Journal and requested guidelines. A submitted manuscript should represent the results of independent and original scientific research.
General requirements for authors:
Authors should mention all sources of financial support of the conducted research
Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy of provided references
Authors should follow the layout guidelines
A submitted manuscript should not be submitted to another journals
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of publication provided that the submitted manuscript is accepted for publication
The "Koreanology" Journal accepts the following types of manuscripts: research papers, policy papers, book reviews. The recommended size of research and policy papers is 40 000 symbols (with metadata), for book reviews – up to 20 000 symbols (with metadata).
Title page of the submitted manuscript should contain the following sections in English should you publish your work in English:
Un-text references should be done according to the Chicago citation style.

References to the literature in the oriental languages should be given in transliteration: [Hikaku tetsugaku-kara toyitsu tetsugaku-e]. Such references should be translated in the References section after the main text
